First we want to Thank You for your Purchase from Control Hair Care / Oya Nature’l. We appreciate your business and look forward to resolving any concerns you are having. Please carefully read the information below.

All Coupons vary. Coupons May or May Not be combined. Coupon details are given with the coupon, on the website home page or on the website cart page. Please completely read all the details given on the coupon.

 

Coupons pertain to Free Shipping, Buy 1 Get 1 50% Off, Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Percentages % Off, Discounts and Give-A-Ways

 

Processing Orders:

 

Orders are processed within 2-5 Business Days for in-stock items. Longer Process times are due to the Product being out of stock or having to be freshly created. If the product you want is out of stock the website will provide you with out of stock information. However Technology is not 100% fool proof and you might get an email from our customer care to inform you of the delay in processing your order.

 

Out of Stock Items can take up to 7 days to create and complete. (not business days 7 full calendar days)

 

Refunds and Exchanges:

 

No Refunds Provided

Exchanges may be granted on unopened, unused items in the original packaging.

Exchanges will ONLY be granted in-person and will NOT be granted on shipped items.

 

Social Media Orders:

 

ALL Social Media platform orders including Instagram, Facebook and or TikTok will be charged a handling fee of $5.99

Shipping:

Orders are Shipped as soon as they are complete. (Read Processing Orders) US mail shipping time frame is 2-3 Business Days. Depending on the Weather in your area or Holidays.

 

Damaged Items and Replacing Damaged Products:

 

  • Any Damaged, Lost or Stolen Items should be reported to Control Hair Care A.S.A.P. via email @ controlhaircare@gmail.com

  • Purchasing customers will have the task to create a statement outlining the details of what happened or what you think happened to your package. Also it's very important to take pictures of the Damaged Items (if any) and the shipping box or envelope. Send all Pictures and details to controlhaircare@gmail.com This will help with your insurance claim with the USPS.

  • We will File an Insurance Claim on your behalf with USPS. USPS Takes about 2 weeks to respond to a Claim and it can take up to 60 days for the claim to be PAID OUT. Claims are in some cases paid within 30 days and in other cases it takes them 90 days to pay for the claim. If Approved the Insurance Claim will only replace $100.00 worth of your Damaged, Lost or Stolen Items. There for Control Hair Care & Oya Nature’l may only replace $40.00 worth of the items as-well. Once the Insurance Claim is Paid we will then Repackage and Mail out the $100.00 worth Replacement items. If your Package was sent back to us for any reason including incomplete mailing address. The customer will have to pay for the reshipment to the corrected address. The Insurance Claim will be filed on your Order.

 

Control Hair Care / Oya Nature’l is not responsible for packages sent back for any reason nor are we liable for damaged, lost or stolen packages. As a courtesy we offer insurance to protect our customers' merchandise. USPS approves and denies these claims. We will do everything in our power to get those claims paid and your merchandise replaced based on USPS approval.

 

All of the Formulas created by Control Hair Care and Oya Nature'l are protected by law and Patent pending.
