Processing Orders:
Orders are processed within 2-5 Business Days for in-stock items. Longer Process times are due to the Product being out of stock or having to be freshly created. If the product you want is out of stock the website will provide you with out of stock information. However Technology is not 100% fool proof and you might get an email from our customer care to inform you of the delay in processing your order.
Out of Stock Items can take up to 7 days to create and complete. (not business days 7 full calendar days)

Social Media Orders:
ALL Social Media platform orders including Instagram, Facebook and or TikTok will be charged a handling fee of $5.99

Refunds and Exchanges:
No Refunds Provided
Exchanges may be granted on unopened, unused items in the original packaging.
Exchanges will ONLY be granted in-person and will NOT be granted on shipped items.

Shipping:

Orders are Shipped as soon as they are complete. (Read Processing Orders) USPS is our mail carrier. Orders are shipped Priority mail and shipping time frame is 2-5 Business Days. Depending on the Location, Weather in your area or Holidays. We do not control USPS time frame of shipping.
Replacing Damaged, stolen or lost Items:

Damaged Items and Replacing Damaged Products:

Any Damaged, Lost or Stolen Items should be reported to Customer Service at Control Hair Care with a customer statement and evidence including pictures of the Damaged Items (if any) and the damaged shipping box or envelope sent (if any). Send all details to our email: controlhaircare@gmail.com Immediately. This will help with your insurance claim with the USPS.

Customers will have 30 days from the Orders first shipping date to report damaged, lost or stolen items. After 30 days the customer has forfeited their right to request a insurance claim or recover any damaged, lost or stolen items.

ALL Purchased items made on controlhaircare.com/ Whether purchased- Control Hair Care or Oya Nature'l and your order has been Damaged, Lost or Stolen MUST file an USPS insurance claim.

Under No circumstances does Control Hair Care or Oya Nature'l replace Damaged, Lost or Stolen items without first filing an Insurance claim and getting that claim approved. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

We will File an Insurance Claim on your behalf with USPS. USPS Takes 5-14 days to respond to Claims and it can take up to 60 days for that claim to be PAID OUT. In many cases claims are paid within 30 days and in rare cases it can take them up to 90 days to pay for the claim.

Complimentary Insurance covers $100.00 worth of Damaged, Lost or Stolen Items including cost of shipping. Therefore, only Approved claims will replace Damaged, Lost or Stolen Items up to $100.00 minus the shipping cost. Shipping Cost doesn't qualify for Insurance claim reimbursement therefore that cost will be deducted from the Insurance claim filed.

NOTE- If your order total is greater than $100.00 it would be in your best interest to add on an increased amount of insurance to equal the full total of the ordered amount.

If your Package was sent back to us for any reason including incomplete mailing address. The customer will have to pay for the reshipment to the corrected address. The Insurance Claim will be filed in that case.
Control Hair Care / Oya Nature’l is not responsible for packages sent back for any reason nor are we liable for damaged, lost or stolen packages. As a courtesy we offer insurance to protect our customers' merchandise totaling $100.00 which includes the cost of shipping. USPS approves and denies these claims. We will do everything in our power to get those claims paid and your merchandise replaced based on USPS approval.
