Service Description
Our Signature Teen Facial is specifically designed to address the unique skincare needs of teenagers experiencing breakouts, uneven texture, or congestion. This treatment helps balance oil production, cleanse pores, calm skin and teaches proper skincare habits. This service includes a gentle cleanse, exfoliation, steam, extractions (if needed), a soothing mask, your choice of High Frequency or LED light, and lightweight hydration formulated for youthful, sensitive, or acne-prone skin and SPF. Guests must be at least 12 years old to receive services. This Service is for Ages : 12 - 17 ONLY MINOR POLICY: Minors must have a parent or guardian sign the Parental Consent Form on the Guest Intake Form to receive Services. It is our practice to offer the safest and most conservative approach to delivering therapeutic Services to our Guests, including minors who require additional contractual and safety precautions. Therefore, ALL Minor Guests under the age of 17 must be have a parent or guardian in the room during the service. NO EXCEPTIONS
Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking Appointments:: All appointments must be booked online through our official Spa Oya Nature'l booking system. 💳 Deposits & Payments:: A non-refundable Deposit is due at the time of booking your appointment and is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied to your service on the day of your visit. The remaining service cost is due at the the time of arrival before your service begins. ⏰ Arrival Time:: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to complete any intake forms and to settle in. Late arrivals WILL result in a shortened service time to avoid delaying the next guest. 🚫LATE Arrivals: Arriving 11 Minutes past your appointment time will result in a shortened Facial service, however Waxing and Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy may NOT be shorten due to the quality and the aesthetics of the service. If you miss more than half of your appointment time EITHER- A. Change to another appointment Time and/or Day, PLUS a $25.00 appointment changed will be charged. B. Cancel and your deposit will forfeited. ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling:: Spa Oya Nature'l requires at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule ALL appointments. Cancellations made LESS than 24 hours in advance will result in the forfeit of your deposit. No-call/no-show appointments will result in the forfeit of your deposit. 🚑For Emergencies Only:: PLEASE CALL 678-333-4997 NO TEXT 🧖🏽♀️ Age Requirement:: Clients must be 18 or older to book without a parent/guardian. By Law, All persons 12–17 must have a parent or guardian present to sign consent forms and must be present throughout the full service time. NO EXCEPTIONS 🤰🏾Health & Safety Disclosure:: Please Fill out Health forms in its entirety. It is important to inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, illnesses, injuries, or pregnancy before your treatment so we can customize your care appropriately. If you are experiencing symptoms of ANY illness, please reschedule 24 hours before your appointment. 📸 Photography & Media Consent:: Occasionally, we may take photos/videos during services for marketing or educational purposes. If you prefer not to be filmed or photographed, please sign the appropriate documentation. 💫Note Photos are taken to keep record of results and improvements in skin for future comparisons which is very important. 👛 Gratuity:: Tips are appreciated and are not included in the service price.
