Guests must be at least 12 years old to receive Massage or Facial Services. This Service is for Ages : 12 - 18 and under ONLY MINOR POLICY: Minors must have a parent or guardian sign the Parental Consent Form on the Guest Intake Form to receive Services. It is our practice to offer the safest and most conservative approach to delivering therapeutic Services to our Guests, including minors who require additional contractual and safety precautions. Therefore, ALL Guests Minors under the age of 16 must be have a parent or guardian in the room during the service. NO EXCEPTIONS
